Laguna Maritime, Arts and Business Colleges is committed to provide quality excellence Maritime Education to it’s benefactors the Filipino people  in compliance with the requirements of the statutory (national and international requirements) such as the Standard of Training Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers 1978, as amended (STCW’78 as amended), under the auspices of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), 1958 as well as the Safety of Life at Sea Convention 1974, as amended (SOLAS’ 74, as amended), the Convention for the Prevention of Pollution at Sea (MARPOL,73/78 as amended), and the regulatory agencies of the Republic of the Philippines such as the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), 1998 and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) 1995.
